Solar Charger PCBA
Original price was: $7.00.$5.00Current price is: $5.00.
Solar charger PCBA is a printed circuit board assembly that converts solar energy into electrical energy and charges the battery. The following is its introduction:
Hardware composition
• Solar panel interface: used to connect solar panels and receive the DC power generated by solar panels.
• Charging management chip: one of the core components, responsible for managing the charging process, including adjusting the input voltage and current, monitoring the battery status, and controlling the charging mode, to ensure that the battery is charged safely and efficiently.
• Power conversion circuit: usually composed of components such as inductors, capacitors, and diodes, used to convert the unstable voltage output by the solar panel into a stable voltage suitable for charging the battery, and realize power conversion and regulation.
• Battery interface: connect the battery to be charged and provide charging current for the battery.
• Control circuit: generally contains a microcontroller or logic circuit, which controls the entire charging process according to the feedback information of the charging management chip, such as judging whether the battery is full, whether there is any abnormality, etc., and feedbacks the charging status to the user through indicator lights or display screens.
• Protection circuit: including overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overheat protection and reverse connection protection circuits to prevent damage to the charger and battery due to abnormal solar panel output, battery failure or user misoperation.
Working principle
• The solar panel generates direct current under light and inputs it into the charger PCBA through the solar panel interface. The power conversion circuit converts and stabilizes the input voltage, and then the charging management chip controls the power conversion circuit to output the appropriate voltage and current to charge the battery according to the type and power of the battery. During the charging process, the control circuit monitors the battery status in real time. When the battery is full or abnormal, the control circuit will take corresponding measures, such as stopping charging or issuing an alarm signal. The protection circuit protects the charger and battery throughout the process. Once it detects that parameters such as voltage, current or temperature are out of the safe range, it immediately cuts off the circuit to ensure the safety of the equipment and users.
Features
• High energy conversion efficiency: The use of advanced power conversion technology and charging management algorithms can effectively improve the conversion efficiency of solar energy to electrical energy and shorten the charging time.
• Strong compatibility: It can adapt to various types and specifications of batteries, such as lithium batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, etc., and can also be compatible with solar panels of different power and voltage.
• Intelligent charging management: It has intelligent charging function and can automatically adjust the charging mode according to the battery power and temperature, such as constant current charging, constant voltage charging, etc., to extend the battery life.
• Safe and reliable: The perfect protection circuit can effectively prevent various abnormal situations from damaging the charger and battery, ensuring the safety and reliability of the charging process.
Application field
• Commonly used for charging portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, cameras, etc., which is convenient for charging devices outdoors or without mains power. It can also be used in some small solar power supply systems, such as solar street lights, solar garden lights, etc., to provide stable charging control for them. In addition, in some remote areas or places with unstable power supply, solar charger PCBA can also be used to charge various electronic devices and small appliances to meet people’s basic electricity needs.
