Hardware composition
• Main control chip: It is the core of PCBA, usually using a dedicated power management chip, which is responsible for controlling the entire power bank workflow, including charging, discharging, power monitoring, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and other functions.

Working principle
• When using a charger to charge an outdoor power bank, the charging circuit introduces the power of the external power supply through the charging interface, and the charging control chip adjusts the charging current and voltage according to the battery status information fed back by the battery management circuit to charge the battery. During the charging process, the battery management circuit monitors the various parameters of the battery in real time. When the battery is full or abnormal, it notifies the main control chip to stop charging in time.
• When it is necessary to charge an external electronic device, the user connects the device to the output interface of the power bank through a charging cable. Under the control of the main control chip, the discharge control chip converts the battery’s power into a suitable voltage and current and outputs it to the device. At the same time, the power display circuit displays the remaining power in real time according to the battery power status.
